National recognition, built on personal relationships

We’re proud to be named among FT Adviser’s Top 100 Financial Advisers for 2026, recognising Insight alongside leading financial advice firms across the UK.

The achievement is particularly notable in a sector with around 5,500 financial advice firms and 31,000 registered financial advisers across the UK, according to the Financial Conduct Authority’s 2025 Financial Advice Firms Survey.

It’s a significant achievement for our team. But what matters most to us is what sits behind it: the relationships we’ve built with our clients and the work we do to help them make the most of their money.

We started in Norwich in 2004. Today, we have four offices and a team of 176 people supporting clients across the UK.

We’ve grown considerably over the past 22 years, but the principle behind our work hasn’t changed. Financial planning starts with people.

We take time to understand what matters to you, what you want your money to do and the decisions you need to make along the way. That could mean working out when you can afford to retire, investing for the future, protecting your family or deciding how to pass your wealth on.

We’ll listen, explain your options and give you advice you can act on. Because the decisions you make about money affect your life and the people you care about.

A proud moment for the whole Insight team

FT Adviser’s Top 100 Financial Advisers draws on data from ISS Market Intelligence and considers factors including how long firms have been established, professional accreditation and financial data.

For our CEO, Jason Howard, the recognition reflects the people who have helped shape Insight and the relationships at the heart of the business

To be included among just 100 firms nationally is a proud moment for everyone at Insight. We have grown by staying close to the people we advise and by doing the simple things well: listening carefully, explaining things clearly and being there when clients need support. Although the business has grown, we have worked hard to keep the personal approach and Norfolk roots that have shaped Insight from the beginning. This is a real credit to our whole team, and we are very grateful to our clients for their continued trust

Jason Howard Founder & CEO, Insight

Growing while keeping people at the heart of what we do

Growth gives us the opportunity to support clients over the long term, with a team that can help as their circumstances, priorities and financial needs change.

We’re building a business that’s here for the long haul. That means investing in our people, developing the next generation of financial advisers and planning for continuity, so our clients can continue to receive the support they need as life changes.

It also means protecting the personal approach that has shaped Insight from the beginning. We want every client to have someone who takes the time to listen, asks the right questions and explains what their options mean in practice.

That takes a whole team. From our financial planners to our support colleagues and the people working behind the scenes, everyone at Insight plays a part in the service our clients receive.

We’re proud of what the team has achieved, and grateful to our clients for the trust they place in us.

Being named among FT Adviser’s Top 100 Financial Advisers for 2026 is a moment to celebrate. We’ll take that recognition with us as we continue doing what matters: helping our clients make confident financial decisions and work towards the future they want.

Focused on you.
