Bardhe has helped me invest my money wisely to plan for both my future and retirement. As a business owner and self-employed individual, she also guided me through arranging an income protection policy, which has given me real peace of mind.

I already had life insurance and critical illness cover in place, which Bardhe reviewed for me. To my surprise, my existing policy was quite poor and didn’t provide cover for a number of health conditions. Bardhe found a much more comprehensive policy and clearly showed me a like-for-like comparison of what each policy offered. Was so impressed with my experience! I was greeted professionally and offered a drink on arrival and then taken to a private room for my meeting. I have never seen a financial advisor before and I had an initial meeting with Bardhe. She was so insightful and I learnt a lot. There is absolutely no pressure or obligation there, Bardhe was just genuinely helpful and wanted to give me as much information as possible to help me with my business. Derek was of immense help over the years with his advice and guidance regarding a number of times we needed pointing in the right direction. Derek became more of a friend than just a financial adviser and we were sorry to see him go. Philip Donelly took over our account when Derek retired and has been another reliable and extremely helpful replacement. Jonathan always treats me with kindness and breaks everything down for me into manageable chunks. We felt at sea working out what to do with pension savings and inheritance after retirement. Finding Alice Ward- Smith at Insight gave us all the answers we needed. She has been invaluable in  supporting us with our ongoing questions. Alice's knowledge and ability to simplify complex financial issues has been fantastic. It has been refreshing to see her passion for her work and we really benefit from her up to date knowledge of financial changes and new products. I was concerned when Ian retired but Alice has stepped into his financial shoes and instantly came across as friendly , knowledgeable and professional , immediately putting me at ease.
I always feel well informed and
well advised after our discussions but never under pressure to make instant financial decisions or changes  . Alice has given me a better understanding of managing my finances in retirement and I look forward to our conversations . She is always available and communicative . We had modest pension savings to invest, but having little knowledge of the best way to invest our money, we found Stuart from Insight very helpful. He can explain complex financial issues in plain English, which is just what we need! We were unlucky to invest in stocks and shares ISAs just before the market fell, but the investments are finally recovering. Stuart introduced us to some investment funds that are inheritance tax-free once the investments run for 2 years. We would not have known about these funds without the help of Insight. Richard Beardsworth has been my and my family’s financial adviser for several years. We came time to him when our previous financial adviser retired and, initially, we were unsure about moving from a one man business to a more corporate based system.

I used to be with Lifetime FInancial  Solutions who originally came from Fleggburg in Norfolk and then were later assimilated by Insight Financial Associates and staff moved across including Jade Carter who has since become an IFA in her own right.
