Q & A with Zoe

When did you join Insight?

June 2020, I was a student at University of East Anglia (UEA) and joined Insight as an Internship.

What are your areas of expertise?

I particularly enjoy working with elderly and vulnerable clients. Everyone has a unique story, and it’s a privilege to help them make informed financial decisions and plan confidently for the future.

What do you love helping clients with?

I love giving clients peace of mind. Whether it’s planning for retirement, navigating inheritance, or simply helping them feel more confident about their finances, it’s incredibly rewarding to see people leave meetings feeling reassured and in control.

If you could give your younger self one piece of financial advice, what would it be?

Start investing earlier. Even small amounts invested consistently can make a significant difference over time thanks to the power of compounding.

ZOE'S GOLDEN NUGGET

Financial advice isn't just for the wealthy. Whatever stage of life you're at, having a plan and someone to guide you can make a huge difference to your confidence and long-term financial wellbeing.

Zoe is always cheerful

Everything was explained thoroughly and efficiently as always by Zoe Hart who I would say you are very lucky to have as an employee of your company. Zoe is always cheerful and that means a lot and to meet in person better than a telephone call. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to others.

More about Zoe

What’s your personal financial freedom dream?

To pay off my student loan and continue building long-term financial security so I have the freedom to make choices based on what I enjoy, rather than financial pressures.

What’s the best thing you’ve ever spent money on?

An automatic car. It makes every journey that bit more enjoyable and stress-free.

What’s the one luxury you could never give up?

A trip to the M&S Foodhall, it’s my favourite little treat.

What’s something colleagues would be surprised to learn about you?

My favourite colour is pink… even though I seem to wear black almost every day!
