Q & A with Jenna

How did you get into financial services?

I began my career in finance after graduating from university, starting with Aviva before taking the step into independent financial advice. I have 15 years of industry experience. I started with Insight in November 2022.

What are your areas of expertise?

I specialise in providing independent financial advice across pensions, investments, tax, estate planning and long-term care planning. I enjoy helping people make sense of their finances and feel more confident about the future, whether they are planning for retirement, investing for the long term, protecting their wealth or considering how best to fund future care needs.

I hold the Diploma in Financial Planning and am currently undertaking further examinations towards becoming a Chartered Financial Planner. I believe good financial advice starts with understanding each client as an individual – their goals, priorities and what matters most to them. My approach is friendly, personal and straightforward, with the aim of making financial planning easier to understand and helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.

What do you love helping clients with?

Helping clients make sense of their finances and plan for the future. I believe the best advice starts with a conversation – understanding who my clients are, what matters to them, and what they want their money to achieve. I take the time to build genuine, long-term relationships and believe that good advice should leave you feeling informed, confident and in control.
